JP: Velociraptor Antirrhopus Sornaensis V.2

This is a redrawing of an old pic I drew for a user on JPLegacy. Here is the old description:

Velociraptor is famous for being one of the main "villains" of the Jurassic Park franchise; in reality, though, it had feathers, its hands were bird like (face sideways instead of forward), and it was much smaller, only about 3ft tall.

In the JP universe, this is a male Velociraptor Sornaensis (Sorna raptor); the Sorna raptors are a subspecies of raptors, who were the first raptors to be cloned by Ingen. However, it was soon found that the Sorna raptors were too intelligent for park display, and so they were released into the wild of Isla Sorna. In their place, Ingen made the less intellegent Nublaraensis subspecies, who were placed in captivity of the Park. Ironically, the "dumb"-downed Nublar raptors were still too intelligent, and had to be placed in quarantine and holding pens while the staff improved the security of their pen.

This particular raptor, named Stalker, is a character created by The Dino Hunter on Jurassic Park Legacy for the Live the Legend role-playing game. Stalker has a scar across his eye, leaving it semi-useless and foggy in color; despite this, Stalker is still an extremely dangerous animal. The Dino Hunter asked if I could draw Stalker for him, and here it is.

It took me over 5 hours to sketch, draw, and color; I used a mechanical pencil for the lines, and colored pencils for the color.
